The successful examinees and those who are have not taken their Oath of Professional are advised to personally register and sign on the Roster of Registered Professionals at the PRC. They are required to bring the following: - duly accomplished oath form
- current community tax certificate (cedula),
- two passport-size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- one piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- two sets of metered documentary stamps
- one short brown envelope with name and profession.
They are also required to pay the initial registration fee of P600 and annual registration fee of P450 for 2008-2011. The PRC said the oath-taking ceremony would be conducted on August 19 and 20, 2008, with morning and afternoon sessions, at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City (at the back of Mall of Asia). The passers must come in their white gala uniform, nurses cap and white duty shoes. Admission tickets for the Manila oathtaking will be available starting August 1, 2008 in your respective colleges of Nursing. Congratulations to all the Successful June Nursing Board passers!A total of 27,765 or 43.07 percent of the 64,459 who took the nursing licensure exam last June passed. Aira Therese Salamanca Javier of the University of Santo Tomas topped the test with a rating of 86%. OCTOBER 17, 2008 will be the deadline of application for the upcoming November 29-30, 2008 Nursing Board Exam. Nurses who are planning to take the November 2008 NLE may submit on or before the deadline the following documentary requirements:
* Transcript of records with scanned picture and remarks “For Board Examination Purposes Only” * Birth Certificate in NSO security paper * Notarized/Sworn Summary of Related Learning Experience and OR/DR cases
Applicants for the 2008 NLE can file their application at the PRC Central Office and at the PRC regional offices in the cities of Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
The PRC will no longer accept applications after the deadline.
We advise applicants to apply earlier to avoid hassle and overcrowding.
