The successful examinees and those who are have not taken their Oath of Professional are advised to personally register and sign on the Roster of Registered Professionals at the PRC.

They are required to bring the following:

• duly accomplished oath form
• current community tax certificate (cedula),
• two passport-size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
• one piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
• two sets of metered documentary stamps
• one short brown envelope with name and profession.

They are also required to pay the initial registration fee of P600 and annual registration fee of P450 for 2008-2011.

The PRC said the oath-taking ceremony would be conducted on August 19 and 20, 2008, with morning and afternoon sessions, at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City (at the back of Mall of Asia).

The passers must come in their white gala uniform, nurses cap and white duty shoes.
 
Admission tickets for the Manila oathtaking will be available starting August 1, 2008 in
your respective colleges of Nursing.
